Upside-Down Cake

Method

After this, transfer the mixture in a greased baking pan. Now, arrange pineapple slice from the can above caramel layer. In a separate bowl, whisk together almonds, flour, salt, and baking powder.
Beat butter and sugar together separately until light. Combine and in it add each egg separately while beating continuously and then add the vanilla extract. Now pour this batter over the caramel layer in the baking pan. Place it in a preheated 325°F oven. It takes approximately one hour and 15 min. Allow it to cool for 10 min before turning it on a dish and serve at room temperature.
Carrot & pineapple cake
Ingredients
Granulated sugar (2 cups), vegetable oil (1/3 cup), vanilla extract (1 teaspoon), grated carrot (1 pound) chopped walnuts 1 cup, raisins 1 cup, and baking soda (2-teaspoon). You also require ground cinnamon (2 teaspoon), flour 2½ cups, kosher salt half teaspoon, fresh pineapple half cup, and 3 eggs. For frosting, you need cream cheese three fourths pound, vanilla extract 1 teaspoon, confectioner’s sugar one pound and unsalted butter half pound. Additionally, you require also some sliced pineapple for decorating purposes once your cake is ready.
Method
